TIME

Difference between rich and some poor is not due to intelligence nor their level of education. But it is wisdom and above all grace from the heavens for time and chance are given to all.You will find people who do the same job living different lives, some drive some commute, some live in rented houses some in their houses, but they work at the same factory. What differentiates them is how they use their time,That one(1) hour after work what do you use it for, that weekend, that vacation leave, that one(1) hour before work, that lunch hour...Time is free yet PRICELESS, any one a rich man or a poor man have access to it at an affordable price for all, we can't own it yet WE CAN use it,you can't keep it but YOU CAN spend it,once it's lost you CAN NOT get it back....How are you using your time???, don't just sit waiting for the government or your employer to do something WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING, no excuses for it is written...YOU CAN DO all things through Christ who strengthens you....#inspiredmotive8

Success!

"Success means doing the best we can with what we have. Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be."~Zig Zigler

JUST DO IT...

JUST DO IT......

When we read the theme of this posting, some of us we think of the NIKE label which always had those inscriptions below.I wonder what that means to most of us.Nike being a mostly sports equipment manufacturing company, all of their products are involved in "action" of some sort!hence the statement just do it fits well as it denotes an encouragement to ACTION.

Many of us we have dreams that we have always had, plans that are well written, ideas that can change the world, talents that are unique to the world, gifts that can not be copied, resources that are rare and difficult to find and to some influence that can positively impact on others. The biggest problem that we face is that of us people who decide to prescribe to inaction, but rather pray for a miracle and wait for other people to change your circumstances. We spend most of our energy wondering, regretting and looking down upon ourselves.

We need to remember that the difference between..."who we are and who we want to be is WHAT WE DO".Ladies and gentleman,Let us just get into ACTION and do what we are supposed to do.Lets work on those dreams, work that plan, use that talent, use that gift, utilize those resources well and profitably, and influence people and environment around us in the positive.Let us STOP procrastinating and JUST DO IT.Let us remember that it is with the right motives that we achieve more....

9. “Goals are a means to an end, not the ultimate purpose of our lives. They are simply a tool to concentrate our focus and move us in a direction. The only reason we really pursue goals is to cause ourselves to expand and grow. Achieving goals by themselves will never make us happy in the long term; it’s who you become, as you overcome the obstacles necessary to achieve your goals, that can give you the deepest of most long-lasting sense of fulfillment.” – Anthony Robbins

10. “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” – C.S. Lewis

11. “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs

12. “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

13. “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.” – Zig Ziglar

21. “Through perseverance many people win success out of what seemed destined to be certain failure.” – Benjamin Disraeli

22. “I do not think there is any other quality so essential to success of any kind as the quality of perseverance. It overcomes almost everything, even nature.” – John D. Rockefeller

23. “A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success.” – Elbert Hubbard

24. “Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something, and that this thing, at whatever cost, must be attained.” – Marie Curie

25. "You can be what you have always wanted to be,be what you want to be and be what you wish to be,only if you believe and do what you have to do in order to get there. It is the extent of our imagination and degree of fear within us that limit us most of the time, instead take charge, have faith and believe"-Stanley M S

WHO ARE YOU WALKING WITH........??

There is nothing wrong in walking. The difference comes on whom you are walking with.It is in who we walk with that our lives are so different. Some people are successful and prosperous because of the people they walk with. Some are poor,in bad health,in financial crisis you name it because of the people they walk with. Some people have done well in school and college, whilst others have achieved nothing at all as a result of the people they are walking with.It is imperative that we are mindful of who we walk with all the time. The environment we are exposed to most of our time influences the behaviors as well as patterns of how we do things.Almost 80% of what we do most of the time is influenced by our environment and our friend, colleagues and family occupy the majority of this time.

Although I am not trying to be more religious here, but this scripture from the Holy Bible inspired me to write this article,
PSALMS 1v1-3.For those who don't have bibles it says,.."Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of The Lord;and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;his leaf also shall not wither;and whatsoever me doeth shall PROSPER..."

Consider carefully whether people you are walking with bring value as you journey with them whichever direction you are hearding. Are you walking with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerfull, the strategic planners, the doers, the motivated, the successful or you are walking with the doubtful, the fearful, and the back benchers,e.t.c....?or you are not walking at all...?

Take a second and look closely around you to see who you are walking with..

DON'T STOP,FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS....!

The question for each man to settle is not what he would do if he had means, time, influence and educational advantages; the question is what he will do with the things he has. The moment a young man ceases to dream or to bemoan his lack of opportunities and resolutely looks his conditions in the face, and resolves to change them, he lays the corner-stone of a solid and honorable success.
-Hamilton Wright Mabie

We should never have excuses or blame situations and circumstances for not being the best we have always envisioned to be.The external environment will never change all for your sake, but rather your inner self can change for the sake of the external environment, and when the inner self changes,we become adaptable and this results in synchronization to the environment and our extinction is not guaranteed, but rather our survival.

It is only when we have the right MOTIVES that we are best adaptable to change...!!
